AWALE FLOW (the "Game") is published by LADD & OnitMotion ("we"). This policy explains what data the Game processes, why, and your rights. AWALE FLOW is built to collect the bare minimum.

In short: the Game plays without an account and offline. Your progress is stored on your device. We never sell personal data.

1. Data we process

Game progress (levels, stars, in-game currencies): stored locally on your device. With an optional account, also backed up to the cloud so you can restore it on a new device.
Analytics (via Google Firebase Analytics): anonymized game events, device type, OS version, language, approximate country. Used to improve the Game.
Crash reports (via Google Firebase Crashlytics): technical information sent when the Game crashes.
Advertising: the Game currently contains no advertising. Should ads ever be added, they would only rely on advertising identifiers with your explicit consent, requested separately.
Optional account: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier. We never receive your password.

2. What we do not do

We do not ask for your name, address, or precise location.
We do not sell or rent your data.
We do not show personalized ads without your explicit consent.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Analytics and crash data rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Game. Personalized advertising and tracking rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Processors

We rely on providers processing data on our behalf: Google Firebase, Apple and Google Play. Each applies its own privacy policy.

5. Children

AWALE FLOW is intended for players 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object. Contact us at contact@awaleflow.com. You can delete your account and its data from the Game's settings.

7. Cookies and website analytics

On awaleflow.com we set analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, TikTok) to understand where visitors come from and which campaigns work. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these cookies are set only after you agree. No personal content travels through them: a source, a campaign, a page.
